Take Flight Productions is a women-led production company founded by journalist Tamsen Fadal seeking to elevate powerful stories in order to create awareness and implement change. TFP is a dedicated to creating authentic and empowering programming for television, broadcast and digital audiences.
Tamsen Fadal started the company in 2015 and is the driving force behind its mission to advocate for stories about women and the arts.
TFP created and co-produces The Broadway Show, the first weekly nationally syndicated show airing in over 140 television markets. The program tells stories of Broadway both on and off the stage. In partnership with the John Gore Organization and Broadway.com, The Broadway Show airs on Broadway.com weekly and long-form interviews can be seen on hotel distribution channels across the country.
TFP is producing its first documentary titled The M Factor, Shredding the Silence on Menopause, premiering on October 2024 on PBS. The M Factor is the first documentary film to address the marginalized or ignored health crisis faced by millions of women as they go through menopause.
